I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were basic but suited our needs perfectly for a couple of days exploring the city. The service was friendly and accommodating, while the location was ideal for attending a conference in Downtown Montreal. The building has history, and the dining options were good value for money. My stay at the hotel was a budget-friendly option where I found everything I needed for a simple sleepover. The room quality was relatively good for the price paid, but unfortunately, housekeeping services were not done for the entire week, which was a downside. The service received was courteous, but it seemed the staff might not have been trained for the service industry. The hotel's prime location near the metro station and downtown Montreal was excellent, making it very convenient for transportation. Despite the lack of proper service training, I appreciated the supportive staff throughout the building.
